Domus de Maria – We are located inside the village of Chia, on the south western coast of Sardinia, well known for its immense beaches and crystal clear waters.
At about two kilometres from the sea, we offer for sale a lovely and welcoming newly built end-of-terrace house. Structured on two levels, it has well-distributed spaces, on the ground floor we are greeted by a large living room with kitchenette and to complete the floor there is a toilet. Through a comfortable staircase we reach the upper floor where we find two bright bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The property is characterized by a garden and covered porch on the front and a spacious and private courtyard on the rear.
The house has a hot / cold split and it is in excellent condition. It is ideal for enjoying summer holidays but also for off-season stays, thanks to the proximity of some commercial services open all year round. In fact, although Chia is a seaside resort frequented especially in summer, there are also many houses inhabited all year round.
In this stretch of coast, nature is still wild and unspoiled, and this is the reason for its appreciation on an international level. In 2017 Chia was reconfirmed with the recognition of “most beautiful beach in Italy 2017” with the five sails of the Guide of Legambiente and the Italian Touring Club, beating over 100 seaside resorts throughout the national territory.
