Chia is a small but popular resort in southern Sardinia. It is characterised by fragrant vegetation, which frames the famous beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear sea, which have nothing to envy to Caribbean landscapes.
In this unique context, one of the most beautiful on the island, we would like to offer you our Casa Lavanda, a semi-detached house on two levels, characterised by two large green spaces, with an open view of the surrounding hills.
A small staircase will guide us from the street to the first green space, at the access to the mezzanine floor. Here, we are greeted by a small veranda, overlooked by the double bedroom. Proceeding inside, the flat is divided into a twin bedroom, a small bathroom and a study which is currently used as a small bedroom with bunk beds.
Through an internal staircase, or passing through the garden, it is possible to access the semi-basement floor which is structured as follows: kitchenette, a small service bathroom and a spacious living room with fireplace, which recalls the rustic style. From here, we are greeted by a large covered veranda bordering the garden, perfect for spending pleasant summer evenings, also thanks to its barbecue corner. Almost all the rooms in the house are also equipped with air conditioning.
Casa Lavanda offers different spaces where you can enjoy moments of relaxation both alone and in company: the green areas are suitable for outdoor dining and the synthetic lawn is ideal for a morning of sport or as a solarium area on windy days.
It is an excellent investment for those who love the sea and tranquility, in fact Casa Lavanda not only enjoys excellent privacy, offered by the vegetation that surrounds it, but is less than 2km from the beach of Su Portu and less than 5 km from the famous beach Su Giudeu. A strategic position for those who love to discover new beaches and enjoy the beauty of the island.
Although Chia offers small services such as markets and restaurants open throughout the year, for any need you can reach the nearby Domus de Maria in just 10 minutes, while Cagliari and its international airport are only 50km away.
