A short distance away is the mining site of Porto Flavia, carved into the rock that ends directly in front of the Pan di Zucchero.
From here, it is possible to take boat trips along the coves that follow one another, or walk and explore the old disused mining sites.
About 4 km away are much larger and better equipped beaches such as “Plagemesu, Funtanamare and Cala Domestica”
Cagliari the capital is only 70 km away while Iglesias, a pretty town rich in history and increasingly tourist-oriented, is just at 14 km distance.
There are really many reasons to buy on this stretch of coastline, and only by visiting it will you realise this. Also consider the fact that there is very little real estate on offer due to the fact that there are very few residential buildings on the coast.
